The table d'hôtes

For breakfast and dinners, Laurence and Dominique welcome you in the ancient stable entirely restored and transformed into a dinning room, resting room and a library.


We suggest you a meal mainly prepared with vegetables and fruits produced on the property and products from local farmers. For breakfast, you will taste a large range of home jams, bread, fresh yogourts and daily cooked viennoiseries.

In the evenings, you might enjoy a salad with home made smoked duck breast, a Lamb kebab cooked on wood fire, a Gratin of courgettes and Camembert or a figs and almonds tart .

With the dinner, you will appreciate the aperitifs prepared by Dominique, home made bread, local cheeses, and of course, the famous Gaillac wine.

The dinner includes aperitif, starter, main course, cheeses, dessert, coffee and wine.
